You are Wonderful!

Would like to thank the people behind these blogs for mentioning my shop in their posts. And most of all to Huey for the write-up on Etsy Malaysia Blog. I really appreciate it.

( If you've mentioned my shop/ blog and would like to be included here, write me and I'll post it up next time. Thanks!)

Mini Banner featured in Brides US

When the articles editor of Brides magazine first wrote me mentioning her interest in my banners, I wasn't quite sure to believe her. The number 1 US bridal magazine wants to feature my simple paper craft? Is this for real? That was in March. Fast forward to last Saturday when I actually saw it in print, I was over the moon. Yay!

(Thanks Yolanda!)

**Banners are available in my etsy shop. On the page (bottom left corner) is the custom made 'save-the-date'.

EARTH HOUR

I was driving when I saw the car's outside air temperature indicator showing 36 degrees celcius ( about 96.8 degrees fahrenheit )! I'm not sure how accurate the detector is but we could really feel the extreme heat.

This is a scary fact but the earth and the climate are changing. What can we do to help the planet? For one, you could join Earth Hour. The goal of Earth Hour is to inspire the world to act together to help fight climate change. 92 countries are taking part so no matter where you are in the world, at 8.30pm, Saturday 27th March 2010, 'turn off your lights, celebrate the planet, enjoy the moment and think about the future of our living planet'.

The above world map pillow

Kids photography inspiration from Jose Villa

School portraits should look like these

Photographic Dictionary (you'll want to see everything from A to Z)

Get Excited and Make Things poster (who doesn't like free stuff?)

and if I had seen this wedding invitation 10 years ago, I would have so copied the idea!

Mailing Labels

I like everything she designs. The first and fourth labels are my favourites. My daughter complains of never receiving any mail except for the kids newsletter from MPH bookstore. I might write her a little something, stick a pretty label with her name on it, mail it and let the postman deliver it to our mailbox. That'll be a nice surprise for my princess!

Printables

Who wouldn't want a birthday card in the mail? Send these instead of texting wishes via phone messages.

And add some colour to your mail with these envelope wraps. Very pretty-ful!

Lola's Kitchen Packaging

Any shade of brown and blue can never go wrong. Liking the bursting blue tray and the sugar-coated LOLA's lettering. Clever!
